  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and original packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear (except with original hygiene liner intact) and beauty products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Exchanges: Processed immediately upon approval, with shipping times matching our standard delivery policy.

Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be subject to customs duties that are non-refundable.
